The Society shall operate primarily within the state of Meghalaya but may extend its activities to other parts of India and abroad, in furtherance of its objectives.
4. Objectives of the Society
Primary Objectives
-
To promote and teach Taekwondo as a sport, martial art, and discipline across Meghalaya.

To train and develop athletes, referees, and coaches for participation in district, state, national, and international competitions.

To instill discipline, respect, integrity, and perseverance among students and practitioners.
-
To collaborate with government, educational institutions, and sports authorities for the recognition and growth of Taekwondo.

To foster physical, mental, and social well-being through martial arts training.
Dynamic / Ancillary Objectives

To establish training centers, branches, and academies in different parts of Meghalaya and beyond.

To conduct seminars, workshops, camps, tournaments, and grading examinations.

To organize self-defense programs, especially for women, children, and vulnerable groups.

To affiliate or collaborate with state, national, and international Taekwondo federations or sports bodies.

To engage in cultural exchange programs and sports diplomacy through Taekwondo.

To undertake allied sports, health, and educational initiatives aligned with the vision of the Society.

To carry out any other lawful activity conducive to the fulfillment of the Society’s aims.
5. Governing Body
The management of the affairs of the Society shall vest in the Governing Body / Executive Committee, consisting of the following office bearers:

Members (as determined by the Constitution)
6. Income and Property of the Society

The income and property of the Society shall be applied solely towards the promotion of its objectives.

No portion shall be paid or transferred, directly or indirectly, to any member, except as reimbursement of expenses, honorarium, or reasonable compensation for services rendered.
